What we do
- You call or send a request. Calls to our number may be recorded so we can make sure every request is followed up.
- We pass it to one crew. Your request goes to one independent tree service that works your area. We don't sell your information to a list of companies.
- The crew calls you back, looks at the job, and gives you a written quote.
- You decide. There's no obligation, and no charge to you for the referral. If you hire the crew, your agreement is with them.
What we ask of the crews
- Carry general liability insurance and provide proof on request
- Give written quotes before starting work
- Return calls promptly
- Clean up after the job
Tree crews pay us for the referrals, not you. That's how the service stays free.
What we don't do
- We don't perform tree work, give quotes, or guarantee a crew's work. The crew that does the job is responsible for it.
- We don't handle power lines. If a tree is on a line, call your electric company first.
- We don't sell or share your information with anyone except the crew handling your request.
