This policy explains what information Chattanooga Tree & Stump collects and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Quote requests: your name, phone number, town, the service you need, and any details you add.
- Phone calls: calls to our number pass through a call-tracking service, which records the caller's number, the time and length of the call, and may record the call itself.
- Basic site analytics, such as pages visited and the general location of visitors, if analytics are enabled.
How we use it
We use your information only to connect your request to one independent local tree service, to follow up and make sure the request was handled, and to improve this site. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone other than the tree service handling your request and the service providers that run this site and our phone line.
The tree service
Once your request is passed along, the tree service may contact you by phone or text about your job. Its use of your information is covered by its own practices.
